Lollapalooza 20th Anniversary

The first weekend in August I drove to Chicago to visit my sister and go to my first music festival, Lollapalooza (which coincidentally was started the same year I was born). It was an amazing weekend to say the least.

Zambia

This past July I went on a service trip to Zambia. The awe of this place is more than I can explain in words...

East Coast Road Trip

On the first day of June my friend Sam and I headed out east to go visit our friend Michelle in Stamford, Connecticut. The ride out there was brutal; we drove through the night stopping to sleep for about an hour somewhere in the middle of Pennsylvania. At most of the stops we would longboard around to stretch our legs; at a scenic overlook we stopped at in the morning I took quite the fall on my board, camera in tow. Somehow, only God knows, I managed to save the camera instead wrecking both my big toes, right leg, left hip, and right thigh (how is that even possible?) Anyway, we eventually made it there...eventually.

The second day we were there we took the train into New York City.

For lunch we stopped in to this awesome little place called The Grey Dog in Greenwich Village. The atmosphere was as great as the signs:
